Twodot is a minimalist mood and weather tracker. This policy explains what data the app handles and how.
Twodot keeps all your data on your device. We have no server. We have no accounts. We do not sell, share, or transmit your personal data to anyone.
All of this is stored locally on your device. If you uninstall Twodot, this data is permanently deleted.
Twodot requests permission to access your location for one purpose only: to fetch the current weather for your area. Your location is used in the moment, sent to the Open-Meteo weather service, and then discarded. We do not store your coordinates or track your movement.
Twodot uses one third-party service: Open-Meteo (open-meteo.com), a free weather API. When you log an entry, your approximate latitude and longitude are sent to Open-Meteo so it can return the weather. Their terms: open-meteo.com/en/terms.
Twodot contains no analytics, advertising SDKs, crash reporting tools, or tracking of any kind. No Firebase, no Google Analytics, no Facebook SDK, no advertising identifiers.
Twodot is suitable for all ages and does not knowingly collect data from anyone. No personal data ever leaves the device.
Because all your data lives on your device, you have full control. You can view your entries in the app, delete any individual entry, or delete all data by uninstalling the app.
If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top.
